OICL Assistant Exam : Morning Shift Analysis

Oriental Insurance assistant exam morning shift is over now and based on the inputs received by us from all of our readers, we are making an analysis that can help us understand the difficulty level and the types of questions asked in the exam.

Most of the students have told that the over all exam was easy except quant section. Everyone has attempted most of the questions but in quant section, the average attempts are around 23-27.

1. Reasoning :
Reasoning was very easy and most of the students have scored maximum in this. They have devoted proper time and scored approximately 30-35 questions. So believe me friends, in all the upcoming exams Reasoning is going to be the weapon to score maximum. In this exam, even the puzzles were direct and easy.

2. Numerical Ability :
This was as usual the toughest part of the paper. It's better to score sufficient marks in this section and then move on to other section. DI was easy but time taking and questions from simplifications were very calculative.

3. English :
This section was easy to moderate and the comprehension, cloze test and para-jumbles were story based. Being story based questions, these questions were easy to do.

4. Computer :
If anyone was well versed with the basics of the computer then it was not difficult to score 30-35 marks. The questions were from fundamentals and Memory. Some questions were also from Hardware and Software.

5. General Awareness :
This section was as usual and the level of section was easy. We will try to post as many questions as possible once we receive.
